Tips about Eygipt, with children

I am travelling to Eygipt for the end of the year, I rented an apartment for 10 night in the Zamlak, in a building in from of the flamengo Hotel. We are a couple with 2 girls. I have the lonely planet guige but I would like to have some more info as we have 10 days to spend. Have in mind that we are a family so we are a bit limited.
