Hi
I hope to travel to Dubai before may, hopefully during April!
Can anyone recommend a budget airline with cheap prices to there! I heard around £250 is a good price return with no stops!!
I appreciate any help!

from where? London? Gatwick? Eastmidlands? Manchester?
If you must go nonstop, then perhaps you'll have to look and see who flies to DXB from where you are at...or are you willing to fly into Abu Dhabi and take ground transport the last little bit?
What kind of research did you do before asking your question? _________________ My flight map. A million miles and counting....Where I’ve been around the globe. |

Hi & thanks
I will be meeting a friend who lives there. I shall meet him at the airport!!
I really want to fly direct from Manchester!
His parents went there last years around march/April & payed £250 return direct from Manchester via a cheap flight website, but i'm not sure which one is best!
www.cheapticket.co.uk looks good, but some other sites don't have the same flights on the same days which looks a bit suspect!!
From Heathrow, i see i can go by many airlines & a lot cheaper!! Is this better?, as i'm only interested in getting there & back in 1 piece, not bothered about fancy meals etc!!
But if i can go from Manchester, it will be great to avoid travel expenses by train/bus etc!!
Many thanks for help

Last year's ticket prices are no guarantee that the fares remain the same. I looked at that web site. Just plugging in random dates in April I see a 200 quid return, but you have to change planes in Athens. But that didn't include taxes, whereas another fare of 311 was shown inclusive of taxes. I think that if a web site cannot compare apples to apples (show everyone's fares to INCLUDE taxes), they're not doing you any favors. Find a better site that is easier for consumers to make a decision. If the site doesn't disclose the full price, then frankly, I consider that deceptive.
If you want to go nonstop from Manchester, your only choice is Emirates, and they are more than twice as much. At some point you have to decide if a layover is worth saving 200 or more.
These are decisions only you can make yourself. Yes, you can probably get a nonstop cheaper from heathrow, but you'll have to add in the cost of getting from your home to there which may eat up any savings. _________________ My flight map. I have seen prices that seem unbelievable like here:-
http://www.cheapticket.co.uk/chMoreFlightnew.aspx?cid=0&dep=LPL&dest=DXB
i have seen the prices that you say that are either £266-£311 from Manchester that include stopovers & your right, it wouldn't be cost effective for me really to get to Heathrow, unless around a £200 fare!
I have seen flights that are inexpensive from Heathrow, but i'm concerned about certain airlines safety!!
Does anyone know the best website to go on for getting the best deals??
Thanks |

There is no BEST website for airfare deals. There are good ones out there, and there are not-so-good ones. For the most part, they all are in the same ballpark. _________________ My flight map. A million miles and counting....Where I’ve been around the globe. |

Sorry, the link i posted showed some incredible fares from Liverpool to Dubai, but i guess the tax would be a lot!
I'm just confused & would like to know where experienced fliers on here, on a budget, would get their tickets from! |
