It seems as though Celebrity Cruises have decided to buck the ever-growing trend for "mega-ships" with the launch of 2 "smaller" vessels, Journey and Quest: http://www.celebritycruises.co.uk/pages/news.php?newsid=15
So what do you cruising folk here think of this development? I personally think it's a great idea; huge ships have their plus points, certainly, and they can make for incredible holidays, but there's definitely something to be said for choice... and for a romantic honeymoon or quieter, more luxurious "get away from it all" holidays, these ships sound fabulous! A real treat, basically |

| I'm actually very excited about Celebrity's small ship, great service approach. I've been on large and small ships - both have their positives/negatives...but I really love the extra attention you seem to benefit from on a smaller ship. |

I'like it also. Size is not most important ( when it comes to ships ) , plus on extry large vessels I saw often problems in organisation. I'ts not easy to manage big crowds _________________ www.truecruise.com |

| I am planning to have a celebrity cruisetour also, and I have found a <link deleted and user banned for repeatedly attempting to sneak links into posts> says that Travelocity is offering a celebrity Europe cruisetours, and can get $200 onboard credit. I am thinking of getting that. Do you all think that's a good choice? |

Bit of a shame then Paul! I reckon cruising with people like Micheal Winner for all of 4 weeks would be amazing! _________________ Looking For Car Hire?

Small vessels are generally destinated to higher range cruises: less people on board, but a finest quality service, obviously a sort of more expensive VIP service.... _________________ A Rome private tour guide to visit the Trevi Fountain,Vatican Museums or the Colosseum |
