Hi
I am wanting to visit a friend in Dubai & am wondering if there are any budget airlines that travel there & if not, am i better off buying direct from an airline, calling a teletext company, or buying online somewhere!
I'd appreciate any help & direction

Hi gazmix
Can you please tell us from where you are coming to Dubai? There are several budget flight operators in here. Suppose you are coming from Sri Lanka you can fly with Mihin Lanka and from India you can fly with Air Arabia. Same with gulf countries there is a budget carrier called Fly Dubai.
Also you may check with travel operator to find a budget flyer to Dubai at your place

I want to fly from Manchester, UK or anywhere in Northern England.
The cost of me getting to London wouldn't make economical sense as it would make up for what i'd save if i got a cheap flight with a carrier there!!
I've seen Netflights & cheaptickets.com but am wondering if there was a specific cheapest flights site!! or call centre! |

I don't think you will have a budget flight from Manchester or from northern England. Better to check with a tour operator in your area. Always transit flights cost less than direct flights. Check this option also.

I usually try all airlines by visiting their website and checking out and comparing promos. It's practical to compare prices and to apply for full package deals other than taking separate ones. I can always get discounts through packages. _________________ [another user banned for being dishonest about their location...not in Australia at all] |

If you have your accommodation in Dubai already arranged with your friend, then just book direct with the airline. Why go through an agent or flight booking service, who will probably add commission...when you can organize it yourself. I'm sure you can work out what airlines fly to Dubai, but one thing that you may not have considered is many people fly from Manchester to Abu Dhabi with Etihad, and then get a 1 hr taxi from AD to Dubai. It might seem like an ordeal, but it's not and it's literally one straight road. Alternateively, for a cheap route people fly from Manchester to Qatar, then get the connection from Qatar onto Dubai. Again, sounds like a pain, but it's really not, just a small amount of waiting. You can do this route with Qatar Airways or KLM. Good luck! _________________ Holiday Rentals | Holiday Apartments | Advertise Holiday Accommodation FREE |
