Morocco is one of my favorite countries I travel several times over there. Last time I visited couple of year ago and really enjoyed over there. The top places where majority of tourist visit like Marrakech, Essaouira, Fes (Fez), Chefchaouen, Jebel Toubkal, Dades Valley and Asilah.
Moreover, people were amazingly and friendly. I’d definitely recommend taking a tour this place. _________________ All happiness depends on a leisurely Romantic bed and Breakfasts |

If you really wanna check out what we can call the Real Morocco, go straight to the city of Fez.. check out the Souks and do visit medinas wherever you find them… medinas are the old areas and there you find the most of traditional Moroccan life… _________________ cheap flights to Port Harcourt |

There are many great places to visit in Morocco. If you want to avoid the touristy places I would avoid Agadir as no1 as it is really touristical. It is also a new city (it has only been there about 60 years) since they had an earthwuake and rebuilt it.
Places definately worth seeing in Morocco are:
* Fez - this amazing Imperial city is a great place to visit and not too touristical. It maintains an original feel of Morocco with its old Medina. If you visit make sure to go and visit the tanneries of Fes!!!
* Marrakesh - Marrakesh is still quite touristy but definately somewhere to visit! It has the amazing centre square of the Djmaa El Fnaa which in the daytime is filled with snake charmers, orange juice stalls and lots of sights for the eyes and smells for the noses. There are also some of the bext souks in Morocco, a great place to hunt out a bargain (rememebering to haggle) for a carpet or a sheesha pipe. At nighttime the Djmaa El Fnaa square turns into the most amazing food market. All the food stalls come out giving you an amazing chance to try lots of the different cuisines of Morocco!
* Essaouira - this is the place to go if you would like to visit the coast of Morocco. Essaouira is not too touristical and it is popular with Artists and the chilled out type of person. Essaouira is very relaxed and has a nice vibe about it. Life goes slowly here..... Relax in one of the rooftop cafes and watch the world go by.
* The desert - No trip to Morocco would be complete without a trip to the Sahara desert! It is the most amazing thing to go on a camel into the desert and to watch the sun set and the sun rising over the dunes!
Hope this helps! _________________ Morocco Travel Plan - We’ll help you build your own Morocco adventure |
