Campervan sites throughout NZ

Hi All,

I'm planning a campervan trip from North to South (Auckland - Christchurch) in October and would really appreciate any advice or comments people have.

I'm particularly interested to hear about campervan sites people have stayed in (ie. are there lots around, do they need to be pre-booked, an idea of price, any sites that people would recommend ... and, of course, any sites people recommend to avoid!).

We've never done anything like this before and are complete newbies so any and all advice greatly appreciated!
