OK, now that I've got your attention! Very Happy

As you may know, there are LOADS of opportunities to win holidays, and many can be found on the Web. So... let's see if we can win someone here a holiday!

The purpose of this thread is therefore to share details of these competitions as and when we find them. If you stumble upon a competition to win a holiday, or happen to be involved in promoting one yourself, then please post it here.

Information that we need if available:

- who's offering the prize
- what the prize consists of
- a link to the competition page
- when the closing date is (obviously don't post if it's already lapsed!)
- who is eligible to enter
- if you are aware of any catches (eg. flights not included, have to register for a newsletter, got to enter by text and pay a premium rate... etc. etc. etc.) Let's avoid anything that's looks like it might be a bit scammy.

You can also use this thread to comment on any of the competitions posted by others, or for general discussion on this idea and how it can be improved or developed.

Final words of advice...

...read each competition's terms and conditions
...consider the reputability of the companies promoting/offering the prizes
...be careful which boxes you tick with regards to marketing - you don't want to get flooded with junk emails, junk postal mail or junk texts
...if you're ever asked 'how did you get to hear about us?', make sure you tell them Aardvark Travel Wink

Nice idea for a thread! I'll keep an extra watch out when I'm looking through the paper, there's often 'win a holiday' type things in there. Some of them are answer a question type things etc
