I have already booked my flights from London to Nairobi on 29th of July till 20th of August. Is there anyone who would like to join me? Because so far I am alone. Flight was 430 pounds with Turkish airlines.

Well, If you dont manage to get someone for the trip, you can request to be placed in a group safari by your travel agent. For instance, if you want to hike the slopes of Kilimanjaro or to go to the Mara, you can join an already existing group. It usually boils down to if they have space in thier vehicle.

yeah, contact the bigger travel agents like Pollmans, Abercrombie & Kent, Somak,Kobo etc. They many be more expensive but at least you will be assured of good quality. Trouble with the small companies is that they will tell you that they can hook you up to a group that's taking a safari in an area that you want only to find out that once you have paid they will not care which direction you end up.

You still have three months to look around so best of luck.

Absolutely, that would be very exciting trip. I love africa when it comes to adventure. I have to think it over yet.

Put adverts out on classifieds websites and other big travel forums such as trip advisor. You should hopefully get some people in the same boat as you and get some safari buddys.
